Sylvie’s Head formed in the industrial city of Gothenburg, Sweden in January 2024. They move freely through hard breakbeats and chainsaw guitars, balearic house euphoria and unpredictable dub rock madness. The release of debut EP “Sharp Shooter” and a cover of Psychic TV’s “Godstar” in 2025 proved their party-adjacent rock & roll dance music is something we all need to experience. The releases also earned them a nomination for “Best in Rock” at the Manifest Awards 2026 (indie Grammys of Sweden). Their debut album is set to drop in 2026 on local, eclectic label Welfare Sounds & Records, along with live dates in the UK and across Europe.
