Whalesong (PL)

Polish Whalesong, which is 15 years old this year, was heavily influenced by industrial, no wave and drone styles from the beginning. Over time, however, they stepped out of these labels and created their own, uncompromising sound, which consists of a unique, experimental fusion of sludge, doom metal, jazz, noise rock and post punk. Their almost two-hour album released last year is outstanding not only in its length, but also in its variety, on which Attila Csihar sang in addition to several famous guest musicians and deservedly reached the prestigious places of the year-end lists.

PÅGÅ (SWE)

The Swedish PÅGÅ was born out of a great desire to meet the unknown and discover the limitlessness within us as a great entertainment, a bad enemy, a tool and a partner.

Outsider pop and psychedelic noir rock from Swedish Åhman brothers Pelle and Gottfrid (ex-vocalist and bassist of In Solitude). Mat Kvohst (Hexvessel, Beastmilk, Grave Pleasures) describes PÅGÅ as "the post-punk weirdness of Birthday Party's Cave, the avant-garde of David Bowie and the darkness of Coil, combined with a unique artistic sense into a unique world".
