III. Panel Post-Punk Festival

Last year, we went too far. Panel Fest II wreaked such havoc on the city that even we weren't prepared for the aftermath. We had to pull our troops out of the 8th District to open a new front in the battle against the creatures of the night.

We spent the past year preparing. Our generals were promoted to admirals, and our privates became sailors. Our muscles grew stronger; our steel was sharpened. The war is shifting from land to water, and we are continuing the fight aboard the battleship *Artemovszk 38*.
