Zaporozsec is a Hungarian pop-rock band with catchy melodies and meaningful and emotional lyrics. We started playing music in Szentgotthárd in 2004 as childhood friends. We owe the real impetus to our song “Azon az néchkán”, which achieved outstanding radio play and is still one of our audience's favorites.
A characteristic indie rock and pop style makes Zaporozsec's sound recognizable. Our lyrics are about everyday topics, love, and longing.
We have released 3 albums, 2 EPs, and numerous singles. With the song L’amour Toujours, written from the words of the audience, we won the Fonogram Award in 2024, in the category "Best Hungarian Classic Pop-Rock Album of the Year".
We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary with double sold-out concerts on the A38 Ship. This anniversary brought a lot of energy and change. We move forward renewed, full of creativity and exciting ideas. If you are curious about the Zaporozhsec experience, you can join us again on the A38 Ship.
