Cancelled: Norwegian Invasion Tour 2022: Keep Of Kalessin (NO), Cadaver (NO), DODHEIMSGARD/DHG (NO), Bornholm

Canceled
"It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the Norwegian Invasion tour. To be honest, the increased costs and low ticket sales make it extremely difficult to do tours, especially in the difficult times after the pandemic. It was a very difficult decision for all parties and until the last minute we tried to save the tour. However, this is definitely not the end! Next year, the bands definitely want to return to the stage with their new records. Thank you for your understanding! All tickets will be redeemed at the point of purchase!"
Coming out of the cold, the dark and the cradle of metal, three bands joined forces to bring the real Norwegian Invasion to the European scene this fall: Keep of Kalessin, Dødheimsgard and Cadaver. Unscathed by storms and challenges, Keep of Kalessin has amassed a list of merit that few other metal bands have managed to achieve. This includes 2nd place in the Norwegian charts, 3rd place in the Norwegian Eurovision and 2 Norwegian Grammy nominations, as well as countless best reviews and hundreds of shows around the world.
Get ready for extreme, epic and otherworldly metal at their special 25th anniversary show on this tour. Starting out as a pure black metal band, Dødheimsgard (also known as DHG) eventually incorporated several electronic, industrial and experimental elements into their music until they were nothing like what they started out as, making their sound completely unique.
Don't miss avant-garde extreme metal from the Norwegian Empire of Death. Anders Odden's original extreme metal vision, combined with Dirk Verbeuten's (Megadeth/ex-Soilwork) drumming and musical company, resulted in the bold resurrection of Cadaver. Bent on revenge and destruction, the band is back in business, ready to reign and reproduce their reinvigorated ferocity on the live stage. The Hungarian black/pagan metaller Bornholm will support the mighty Norwegian trio throughout the tour, while the Iranian five-piece protest act Confess and the Cypriot heretic black metaller Temple of Evil will open the bill on selected dates.
