The city has always been the place, where authority and power are ruling, it is the representation of actual power in spite of the fact, that there are moments, when it becomes obvious, that it shouldn't be that way. In the power-structure of a modern metropolis besides the authorities of the media, the politics, the education or the transport also the cleaning authorities and those employed in these fields can become rulers of power at certain times. Do not have any illusions, there is a constant battle to rule the consciounce of the citizens. Now its our turn to strike in this matter!
