Rackajam combines the respect of Hungarian culture and the rock ‘n’ roll revolution in its show: the poems of revolutionary poets, the dawn of Petőfi and Attila Gérecz in Kalotaszeg fit and merge with the music of Hendrix. It is built simultaneously on American musical traditions and the works of revolutionary Hungarian poets, and they profess that a nation's struggle for freedom always shows the true face of that nation.
The Loyal Apples ’Club after their second album and a year and half after their last performance at the 1K Festival will be once again conveying the message of pure blues with the brute power of blood‘ n ’roll.
The 1st Carpathian Basin Festival will continue to celebrate the diversity of Hungarian culture on board the A38 Ship in 2021 as well. From 2 to 9 June, a number of cross-border artistic collaborations await the audience on the occasion of National Togetherness Day in the concert hall. The 1K Festival is held in front of a planted audience with a limited number of people in accordance with the current epidemiological rules. The cultural event can be visited by presenting a protection card.
