Founded in 1978 with the aim of supporting independent contemporary art projects Medienwerkstatt Wien nowadays is engaged first of all in video and digital art. On their exhibition organized within the frames of the My City Vienna festival three artists will present their work, who will show the stylistic diversity and high quality of the artists of the Medienwerkstatt Wien. Eva Brunner-Szabo will present her installation project titled „12 apostles”, Dariusz Kowalski will show his serie of photographs titled „Elements” and Gerda Lampalzer will introduce her video installation named „Blue Container”.
The exhibition will be opened by Elisabeth Kornfeind, the director of the Austrian Cultural Intitute and Judit Horváth, curator of the A38 Gallery.
