Multi-instrumentalist songwriter-singer Balázs Szabó founded the Szabó Balázs Band in 2009, which has become one of the most popular bands in Hungary in recent years, and has achieved all this with a completely unique, boundary-breaking and genre-building sound, drawing on the Hungarian folk music, chanson world, pop, rock, funk elements and chamber music flavoring. The band, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, made its anniversary year even more memorable with many concerts and the release of a new album. The album Keringés was released on November 20, 2024, with 12 great recordings. In addition to previous audience favorites, songs from the new album will also be heard at the New Year's Eve concert.
