Three excellent acts from three countries, drawing on art pop, post-punk, synth-wave, cold-wave, and other styles to deliver their own unique, original, and exciting sound for a fantastic evening.

Lucy Dreams  (AT)

In 2025, the music landscape is being reshaped by the evolving interaction between humans and machines. Lucy Dreams embodies this transformation through a fusion of analog and digital art, with Lucy — an active artificial band member — at the core of their creative vision. Their musical concept explores the dynamic between Lucy and her human counterparts, presenting SonicWaveArtPop as both an expressive and entertaining medium that captivates the senses while raising socially relevant questions.

The upcoming LP VVVVV marks a bold redefinition of their approach to pop music — both sonically and visually. Lucy Dreams have brought their signature sound to stages across Canada, Japan, Europe, and the UK. With upcoming performances at the renowned Konzerthaus Vienna and the New Colossus Festival in New York City, the band continues to enchant audiences with what The Line of Best Fit praised as “a quite irresistible show.”

Larsovitch (FR)

Larsovitch was born in the artistic factory Friche Mimi in Montpellier at the end of 2020. The premise was quite simple: to compose dark yet danceable music, using old machines while doing away with computers. Now, Larsovitch surges forward with Normal’No, a brand new EP, melding minimal wave’s mechanized chill with Eastern post-punk’s wistful wanderings, serving a sonic séance, favouring a raw communion of circuitry, guitars singing languid litanies, and voices slipping fluidly through linguistic divides. Songs build slowly from melancholy murmurs toward punk’s primal pulse, each track a bitter-sweet caress of melodic fatalism.

The event is supported by LivEurope and the Austrian Cultural Forum.
