Bujdosó János Trió

Enchanting mediterranean mood, Middle-Eastern trance, dreamy rumba, dramatic bursts just a few of the worlds the especial music of the Trio Bujdos evokes. Their music evades labelling because it feeds on countless sources and its recipe is unique: the essentially acoustic music receives psychedelic seasoning by subtly portioned effects, flavours of film music emerge over and over again, and the sound might as well parallel the scrapy quality at of the works of New York experimental artists like John Zorn or Marc Ribot. These impressions result in an unmistakable sound, a unique new colour on the world music scene.

Trio Bujdos was formed in February 2011, its musicians are members of several significant Hungarian jazz, world music and alterock bands: Egy Kiss Erzsi Zene, Kampec Dolores, Specko Jedno, Kistehn, Pop Ivan, Meszecsinka just to name a few.

Their first album entitled Golf for Leslie was released by Dalok.hu in December 2012 containing the works of the founder Jnos Bujdos. One of the pieces Travellers Diet - is accompanied by a clip.

Members:

János Bujdosó : guitar

Dániel Szerető : bass guitar

Ádám Klausz : drums
