AKUSZTIKA was founded in 2009 for the acoustic accompaniment of József Kalapács's life-works. The songs are acoustic transcripts of heavy metal classics.
The orchestra feels as its mission to present, in addition to the acoustic performance of the toughest rock music the tuned versions of masterpieces of Hungarian poetry.
The clear, effect-free and distortion-free way of performing allows you to make the most dreary heavy metal anthems in the program with the poems of Sándor Petőfi, Attila József, Ferenc Juhász or Albert Wass.
