Henrik Freischlader Band

Henrik Freischlader Band (DE)

One of the big favorites of the domestic blues-rock audience is returning to the traditional scene of their tour with their new album titled Missing Pieces. Of course, the program will also feature earlier, well-known compositions by Henrik Freischlader, and remixes from the German guitarist's exemplars and big favorites.

Instead of stage or show elements, the audience can count on a band that can perform musically renewed performances every night and pass on blues traditions to the present. Henrik Freischlader has secured his place in the blues scene for the past 15 years. The self-taught musician has already established a loyal fan base with nine studio albums and six concert albums, as well as numerous performances at large and small venues.

Over the past two years, they have formed a team with Moritz Meinschäfer (drums), Armin Alic (bass), Roman Babik (Hammond organ) and Marco Zügner (saxophone) who feel like a real community on and off the stage. The distinctive feature of the five-member team is the joy of playing together, the enthusiasm for dynamics and improvisation, and most of all the love for the smallest details. Early rock influences meet modern and immersive grooves and passionate solos from every single musician.
