Manu Delago is an internationally acknowledged player of the handpan, a percussion instrument developed in the 21st century. He collaborates with such iconic artists and ensembles as Björk, Ólafur Arnalds, the Cinematic Orchestra and Anoushka Shankar. At his concert on the A38 Ship, he will perform material from Circadian, his 2019 record.

Contemporary pianist Chad Lawson arrives to Hungary for the first time to CAFe Budapest festival to present his new album, Re:piano, armed with his instrument and an iPad. As a Steinway & Sons endorser, he is on an important mission: to bring back the piano to the Spotify generation’s everyday life. This is how his new album came to life: in his layered classical arrangements, he strengthened his playing with effects coming from a tablet, which limited and broadened his creative possibilities at the same time.

Gergely Álmos, one of the most talented and ever-renewing producers from Hungary will host the premiere of his newest audio-visual show at A38 Ship by the collaboration of his musical alterego, mius along with Attaray Visual. Lilly Among the Clouds is the next-big-thing in the sensitive German pop-music along with the most interesting Estonian electro-pop group, Girls in Pearls, formed by talented twins with beautiful voices.

Danish De Sorte Skole is a huge sounde-collage-building elektronic music project. Their all performances provide a unique audio-visual experience, in which you'll find tribal rhythms, contemporary jazz, stunning visuals and a drifting tempo. Their support will be an important Belgian artpop band, the Konoba.

Wintergatan is the new orchestra of the crazy Göteborg-located instrument-builder Martin Molin that mixes electronic sound with Scandinavian folk music and completely hilarious instrument-discoveries. Molin's latest invention is a "ballmachine" the building of which was followed by more millions of people on the Youtube. Each performance of the Wintergatan brings a special exprerience, halfway between a science fiction machine-presentation and a folkpop-electronica concert.

The grandmaster of refined, elegant downtempo Doug Appling, it is Emancipator has already performed at the A38 Ship this year presenting a live set. It was such a great success that he ruturns in autumn this time with his group, the Emancipator Ensemble. After the live set comes a concert by one of the greatest innovators of contemporary electronica! The night will be introduced with the refined downtempo chill out live trip hop set by IALAZ.
