The Váczi Eszter Quartet was formed in 2002, when Eszter’s dream came true: to sing acoustic jazz with classic (piano, bass, drums) accompaniment. Having sung in the band Jazz+Az, Eszter strongly believes that she shouldn’t engage herself in posh or mainstream projects but rather get down to something that won’t affect her unique style and demands.The band plays known and less popular pieces as well. Eszter’s extraordinary voice creates aharmonic unity between the songs and this is coupled by the professional but not individualistic instrumentation.

The quartet will accopanied by Gyula Csepregi, the excellent Hungarian sax player.
