The band formed in 2005 got its name from the national meal of New Orleans, for its music is as multi-colured as that crazy meal can ever be prepared by the most different chefs. It has influences from classical music up to contemporary, but its unique drum-background with their typical heavy reeds make their music recognizable at the first hearing.
