Fekete Jenő és a Muddy Shoes

Fekete Jenő és a Muddy Shoes

Fekete Jenő is one of the most important musicians of the Hungarian blues history,  who has done the most with his Palermo Boogie Gang formed in 1985 to promote boogie-woogie and Chicago rhythm & blues (whose major soloist is Sugar Blue too). Muddy Shoes was formed after the break up of the PBG in the mid nineties, and soon became one of the most popular bands. They have released two albums of rusty r'n'b, refined ballads, slow blues, classic boogie-woogies and marry beats.

The true sound of the Muddy Shoes – as it should be with all good blues-bands – makes the strongest impression on live gigs. The two singers and the powerful, virtuoso musicians make an excellent ambient, which can easily end up even in a crazy jamming with Sugar Blue.
