Apostolis Anthimos

Apostolis Anthimos (PL)

The Polish musician of Greek descent with his strange two-neck guitar could be the symbol of of the Polish jazz-rock. Anthimos took part in forming the two most famous and most influential fusion-rock bands, the legendary SBB and the Niemen. In the 80-ies he worked mostly with the famous trumpet-player Tomasz Stanko, but played as well with John McLaughlin and Pat Metheny. For the last one and half decade he works with the revived SBB (also performed on the A38 Ship) and solo projects. This time he will perform with two young but already excellent and mature musicians, to show, what the Silesian blues is like.
