Àbáse

Àbáse

Ábáse is the name of the latest solo project of the outstanding Hungarian producer-composer-keyboardist Bognár Szabi. The Yoruba word means "cooperation" (during the study trip to Brazil in Sabira, the Yoruba culture originally from West Africa was very influential) and describes the ars poetica of the young musician very precisely. "Everything I do musically is about cooperation," he says in an interview, and this concert perfectly illustrates his claim.

They are moving freely on the borders between jazz, hiphop and afrobeat playing with many musicians this time.
