5K HD is a shared excursion of the acclaimed jazz/improv/groove/funk combo Kompost 3 and Mira Lu Kovacs, vocalist of the Amadeus Award-winning band Schmieds Puls into jazzy, airy, cinematic, downtempo pop. The genuinely fresh and colourful Austrian avant-garde supergroup plays with partly acoustic, partly electronic sounds and without ever losing sight of a pop sensibility moving fluently through jazz, dubstep, breakbeats, funk and even into a prog rock escalation. They released their debut “And To In A” to international critical acclaim in 2017, followed by lauded performances and sold out shows all over Europe.
